Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children 6 to 12 years: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily (pierce capsule and squeeze contents into milk or juice). Children under 6 years: only as directed by your healthcare professional.
