Description
Healthy Care High Strength Ashwagandha is a film-coated tablet containing 300 mg of Withania somnifera root extract, which is equivalent to 13.5 g of dry ashwagandha root. Ashwagandha is one of the long-established herbs of Ayurvedic practice. The pack holds 60 tablets, a month of use at the recommended two tablets daily. It is entered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods as High Strength Ashwagandha.
