Healthy Care Super Hair, Skin & Nail is an Australian-made listed medicine combining biotin, zinc, vitamin C, silicon and a small amount of iron in a single daily hard capsule. Biotin and zinc are the nutrients most often associated with hair and nail structure, vitamin C contributes to collagen formation, and silicon is included as a trace element. The Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods permits this formulation to be presented as maintaining hair growth, hair health and hair strength, reducing nail brittleness and splitting, assisting nail growth, maintaining skin health and skin integrity, supporting collagen formation and acting as an antioxidant.
