Description
Harmony Stress Support, also carried as Harmony Restore, is a four herb formula for women who want to help relieve the symptoms of stress and the tiredness that comes with them. It is built on a standardised holy basil extract, OciBest, equivalent to 6 g of dried whole plant, with peony at 3 g, ashwagandha at 1.5 g and a standardised fresh olive fruit extract, Opextan. It is a daily film coated tablet on a staged regime: 2 tablets a day for the first six weeks, then 1 tablet a day.

- Helps relieve the symptoms of stress; an adaptogen that helps the body adapt to stress.
- Helps relieve tiredness, weariness and fatigue, and helps maintain vitality.
- Helps relieve sleeplessness.
- Antioxidant that reduces free radicals formed in the body, and helps maintain skin health.
- Holy basil as the standardised OciBest extract, equivalent to 6 g of dried whole plant per tablet, with olive fruit as the standardised Opextan fresh fruit extract.
- A staged regime, 2 tablets a day for the first six weeks, then 1 tablet a day.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults taking a daily herbal formula through a stretch of sustained pressure or tiredness.
Not suitable for: Pregnancy or breastfeeding, unless recommended by a health professional.

Excipients: calcium hydrogen phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica and magnesium stearate, with tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029.
Suggested Use
Weeks 1 to 6: take 2 tablets a day. Maintenance dose: 1 tablet a day. Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.
