Hab Shifa ImmuneQ Organic Black Seed is an orange flavoured chewable tablet that brings together black seed (Nigella sativa) oil, zinc and vitamin C. The maximum daily dose of two tablets gives vitamin C 500 mg, zinc 10 mg and black seed oil 5 mg. Being chewable, there is no tablet to swallow whole, and the pack holds 120 tablets.
