Wanderlust Gymnema is a cold-pressed plant active in a rapidly absorbed liquid herbal extract.
Gymnema is traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine to:
- Help manage sugar cravings
- Reduce sweet taste recognition
- Support general health and wellbeing
You can expect a bitter taste which is typical of this wonderful herbal and all of its goodness.

Gymnema sylvestre (Gymnema) leaf ext. liquid 3.6 mL
Derived from dry 3.6 g
No added gluten, dairy, lactose, soy or egg. Nothing artificial. Vegan friendly.
Contains 22.5% alcohol

Using the measured dropper take 4 mL daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drop directly onto the tongue, or dilute in 30 mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary. Shake well before use. This product will dull your sweet taste receptors for approximately 30 minutes, changing the flavour of foods and drinks. We suggest consuming after or in between meals.
