GOOD FAT Gochu Mayo is a creamy, tangy chilli mayonnaise made with olive oil and whole eggs. Chilli brings the heat, while apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, garlic and mustard give it a bright, punchy flavour. Spoon it onto burgers, fries, tacos, rice bowls or sandwiches whenever you want a kick. It comes in a 280 g jar and contains egg and mustard.
