GO Healthy Turmeric 30000+ 1-A-Day is the highest strength turmeric capsule in the GO Healthy turmeric range. Each vege capsule holds a Curcuma longa extract dry concentrate made from 30 g of dry turmeric rhizome and standardised for curcuminoids, alongside boswellia gum extract, ginger extract and BioPerine black pepper extract. The 30 g in the name is the raw rhizome the extract was made from, not the amount of powder in the capsule. It comes as the 60 capsule bottle, a two month supply at the recommended one a day serve.
