Gladherb One-A-Day Milk Thistle 35000 is a strong milk thistle (Silybum marianum) extract tablet: each tablet holds 500 mg of extract, equivalent to 35 g of dry fruit. Milk thistle is a long-standing favourite among herbal supplements, and this one-a-day tablet makes it simple to take. There are 60 tablets to the pack. The tablets contain sulfites and are not for use in pregnancy.
