Description
Ghost Legend V3 is a caffeinated pre workout powder that mixes into water, and it is the single scoop generation of the Legend formula. Each scoop carries 4 g of L-citrulline and 3.2 g of beta alanine with Nitrosigine, VitaCholine, NeuroFactor coffee fruit extract and natural caffeine. This pack is the 30 serve tub in the zesty Lemon Crush flavour, with every active listed by quantity on the label.

- Nitrosigine inositol stabilised arginine silicate 1.5 g per serve.

- Contains natural caffeine.
- The V3 formula leaves out taurine, L-tyrosine and alpha-GPC, which the V2 formula carried.
- Every active is listed on the label with its quantity, with no proprietary blend.

Suggested Use
Mix one scoop into water and drink before training. Take one serve a day and do not take it with other caffeinated products. Read the directions from the tub and do not exceed them.
Storage
