Gen-Tec P2P (Power to Perform) is an advanced intra-workout powder from Australian sports nutrition brand Gen-Tec Nutrition, made to be sipped during resistance and strength training. It comes as the 900 g tub in two flavours, Fruit Punch and Grape, and each tub holds 30 serves of 30 g. A serve supplies 3000 mg of Creapure creatine monohydrate, 7.7 g of protein from free-form amino acids, 18.2 g of carbohydrate and a blend of electrolytes, alongside 80 mg of vitamin C.
