Gen-Tec CLA 1000 is a single ingredient softgel supplying conjugated linoleic acid from safflower oil. Conjugated linoleic acid, usually shortened to CLA, is a family of fatty acids found naturally in dairy foods and ruminant meat; Gen-Tec sources it instead from safflower oil, which allows a concentrated blend of two isomers.
