Gen-Tec L-Lysine is a single-ingredient, unflavoured powder of pharmaceutical grade L-lysine, an essential amino acid. The labelled serve is 400mg, an eighth of a teaspoon, so the 200g tub holds approximately 500 serves. Lysine is an essential amino acid, so it has to come from the diet, and Gen-Tec positions this unflavoured powder for people already taking arginine-based supplements who want to add lysine alongside them.
