Fulhealth Industries Chromium Colloidal is an Australian-made liquid mineral supplement providing chromium in a colloidal form. Chromium contributes to the metabolism of sugars, and with regular exercise assists the metabolism of complex carbohydrates.

What's the difference between chromium picolinate, nicotinate and yeast?
They're three ways of supplying the same mineral. Australian rules treat all three as organic forms of chromium, and they share one daily cap of 50 micrograms of chromium. Picolinate and nicotinate are chromium salts. High-chromium yeast is the one to skip if you'd rather avoid yeast. Beyond that, the choice mostly comes down to the product.
Is there a limit on chromium in Australian supplements?
Yes. A listed medicine's maximum daily dose can't provide more than 50 micrograms of chromium from organic sources, which covers picolinate, nicotinate and high-chromium yeast. That limit is set in Australia's permitted ingredients rules. It applies to each product, so if you take more than one product containing chromium, check with one of our naturopaths first.
