Description
Faction Labs Uppers is a capsule for adults with 100 mg of total caffeine in each one, almost all of it from a coffea canephora seed extract, with a little more from camellia sinensis leaf. Alongside sit juglans regia fruit (English walnut), citrus aurantium fruit and black pepper extracts, six B vitamins and 99 mcg of iodine from potassium iodide. Take one capsule with water twice a day, at least 3 hours apart, to a maximum of 2 capsules a day.
The labelled dose is one capsule with water twice a day, at least three hours apart, which makes it a capsule alternative for people who would rather not mix, drink and wash up a powder.

Suggested Use
Adults only. Take 1 hard capsule with water twice daily, or as directed by your health professional. Doses must be separated by a minimum of 3 hours. The maximum dosage is 2 hard capsules daily.
