Faction Labs Downers is an evening capsule for adults that brings eight herbal extracts together in one dose: ashwagandha, jujube, passion flower, lemon balm, valerian, maca, blue chamomile and corydalis. Alongside them sit black pepper extract and 300 mg of elemental magnesium per three capsule dose, from heavy magnesium oxide and magnesium citrate. Take three capsules with water once a day in the evening; the bottle of 90 capsules gives 30 doses.
The labelled dose is three capsules with water once a day in the evening, so it sits at the end of the day rather than around training, and the capsule format suits anyone who would rather swallow a capsule than mix a powder or brew a tea at night.
