Description
Evolution Botanicals Fenugreek >50% is fenugreek seed concentrated into a fine, free flowing powder and packed into a 120 g violet glass jar. It is a 5:1 seed extract standardised to more than 50% furostanol saponins and more than 2% trigonelline, which is what a serve of one gram is drawn from: the equivalent of 5,000 mg of fenugreek seed. There is nothing else in the jar, no carrier and no flour, and the glass is a biophotonic violet that filters visible light to keep the powder out of the sun. Fenugreek seed, or methi, is a kitchen staple across South Asian and Middle Eastern cooking, and this is that seed as a spoonable powder you stir into a smoothie, a greens drink, a juice or a protein shake.
