Description
Evolution Botanicals EVO+ Karm Cacao & Carob Drink is a spiced cacao powder built on Cacob, a certified organic blend of cacao and carob. The cacao is fairtrade and comes from smallholders in the Dominican Republic; the carob is harvested in South Australia, and it is the carob that makes the drink taste sweet without any sugar in it. Each 7 g serve carries 1500 mg of lion's mane and Cordyceps militaris and 2000 mg of holy basil as dry equivalents, alongside a masala chai spice bill of cinnamon, cardamom, clove, star anise, liquorice, nutmeg and black pepper, a pinch of Himalayan salt and monk fruit extract. Scoop 7 g into a cup, pour on 200 mL of hot water and stir or froth it for a spiced cacao drink in place of a coffee, with 6 mg of caffeine a serve rather than a coffee's worth.

Suggested Use
Scoop 7 g into a cup, mix in 200 mL of hot water, then stir well and enjoy. A frother makes it velvety and bubbly. It also makes up on warm plant milk for a thicker cup, and it can be shaken with cold milk and ice. There are 25 serves in the tin.
