Evolution Botanicals 10 Mushroom Formula is a certified organic mushroom powder that blends ten species in one powder: turkey tail, Cordyceps militaris, maitake, tremella, chaga, lion's mane, shiitake, cloud ear, zhu ling and oyster. It is made from fruiting bodies only, never mycelium grown on grain, and the mushrooms are grown by wild and traditional hardwood methods and taken through a dual hot water process with no alcohol. The liquid concentrate is then spray dried through a membrane filtration process that needs no carrier, and the extract is blended back with whole dried mushroom powder, which is why there is no maltodextrin, starch or grain filler in the pouch and why a 2 g serve is equivalent to 4.3 g of dry mushroom. Stir a level teaspoon into hot water and drink it as a savoury, earthy tea, or stir it into coffee, a smoothie, a nourish bowl, baking or raw treats.
