Description
Ethical Nutrients Mega Magnesium Relax combines magnesium with lavender oil in a film-coated tablet aimed at mental overactivity rather than at muscle cramp. Each tablet provides 160 mg of elemental magnesium, most of it from a magnesium amino acid chelate, with 40 mg of lavender oil alongside it. It is made in Australia by Metagenics. It comes as the 60 tablet pack, which is one month at the label dose of two tablets a day.

The diglycinate portion provides 35 mg of elemental magnesium and the chelate provides 125 mg. Excipients common to both register entries are colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, glycerol, hypromellose, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose.
