Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 capsule daily for skin health, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Children 2 years and over: take the contents of 1 capsule, as a powder, once daily mixed with water, milk or formula to reduce eczema occurrence. The capsule can be pulled apart and the powder added to food or liquid if preferred.
