Inner Health Plus Dairy Free is the same two-strain, 25 billion CFU capsule as Inner Health Plus with the bovine colostrum taken out, which is what makes it suitable for people who are dairy or lactose intolerant. Each capsule carries Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM and Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07 at 12.5 billion CFU each in a vegetable cellulose capsule. It is sponsored in Australia by Metagenics (Aust) Pty Ltd and listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. It comes as two pack sizes, 30 capsules and 90 capsules. Keep it refrigerated.

Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 capsule daily. Children 5 years and over, for immune support: empty the contents of 1 capsule and mix with water once daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional. The capsule can be pulled apart and the powder added to food or liquid if preferred.
