Inner Health Multivitamin Plus Probiotics puts a broad multivitamin and two named probiotic strains into one capsule a day, so a morning routine that used to need two bottles needs one. It carries 13 vitamins and minerals, including activated folate as 5-MTHF and vitamin D3 at 1000 IU, alongside 4 billion CFU of live probiotics. It is sponsored in Australia by Metagenics (Aust) Pty Ltd and listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. It comes as the 50 capsule bottle, and it is shelf stable rather than a fridge line. It packs for travel, with no fridge to work around.
