Description
Inner Health Kids is an unflavoured probiotic powder for infants and children up to 12 years, built on three named strains led by Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG. A 1.6 g dose, half a level metric teaspoon, delivers 13.5 billion CFU of live probiotics, and it can go into water, juice, formula or milk, warm or cold, or straight off the spoon. It is sponsored in Australia by Metagenics (Aust) Pty Ltd and listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. It comes as two pack sizes, 60 g and 120 g, with the same formulation in each. Keep it refrigerated.

- Maintains and supports intestinal friendly flora in healthy infants and in children.
- Helps maintain good gut flora during antibiotic use in children, and helps restore it afterwards.
- Maintains and supports healthy bowel function in children.
- Maintains and supports gastrointestinal system health in infants and children.

Warnings
If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. Do not use if the cap or seal is missing or broken. Use a dry spoon, because moisture in the tub shortens the life of the culture. Speak to a healthcare professional before giving a probiotic to a newborn, a premature infant or a child who is unwell or immunocompromised. Keep out of reach of children.
Allergens
Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, eggs and nuts. The powder base contains maltodextrin, sucrose and fructooligosaccharides. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Storage
Keep refrigerated. Store at 2 to 8 degrees C and do not freeze. This is a cold-chain probiotic: put it in the fridge as soon as it arrives and return it to the fridge straight after each dose, because live probiotic counts fall at room temperature. Always use a dry spoon and reseal the tub.
TGA Listing
Listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods as AUST L 406952. Listed medicines carry an AUST L number and are assessed by the TGA for quality and safety, not for efficacy.
Disclaimer
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. This information is general in nature and is not a substitute for individual health advice.
