Inner Health IBS Control is the higher-strength, shelf-stable member of the Inner Health irritable bowel range. It builds on Lactobacillus plantarum 299v, the strain the range has always used for IBS, and adds Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis HN019, for 32 billion CFU in a single capsule. It is sponsored in Australia by Metagenics (Aust) Pty Ltd and listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. It comes as the 30 capsule bottle, and unlike IBS Support it does not need refrigeration.

Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 capsule daily. For more severe cases, take 1 capsule twice daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional. The capsule can be pulled apart and the powder added to food or liquid if preferred.

If diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 to 6 years, or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years, seek medical advice. This product is for irritable bowel syndrome that a doctor has diagnosed; a change in bowel habit that has not been assessed needs a medical opinion first.
