Inner Health Hayfever Relief is a single-strain probiotic built on Lactobacillus paracasei LP-33, the strain studied specifically for allergic rhinitis rather than for digestion. One capsule a day carries 10 billion CFU. For children from 2 years the capsule is opened and the powder mixed into a drink. It is sponsored in Australia by Metagenics (Aust) Pty Ltd and listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. It comes as the 40 capsule bottle, and it is shelf stable rather than a fridge line.

Suggested Use
Adults and children 12 years and over: take 1 capsule daily. Children 2 to 12 years, to reduce the symptoms of allergic rhinitis: empty and mix the contents of 1 capsule daily into water, juice or milk, warm or cold. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
