Inner Health Dairy Free Powder is a two-strain probiotic powder for people who want the strength of a fridge-line probiotic without dairy or lactose. A 3 g dose, one level metric teaspoon, delivers 30 billion CFU of live probiotics split evenly between Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM and Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07, with 360 mg of fructooligosaccharides as a prebiotic.
