Essential Nutrition Active Folate is a simple one a day capsule of folate in its 5-MTHF form, levomefolate, supplied as the glucosamine salt. Each capsule gives levomefolate glucosamine 875.7 micrograms, equivalent to levomefolic acid (5-MTHF) 500 micrograms. For adults, take 1 capsule daily with water, after meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional; the pack holds 90 capsules.
