Essential Crème Pistachio Matcha Spread blends 48% roasted pistachios with matcha, the finely ground whole green tea leaf, in a 200g jar. The matcha turns the spread a vivid green and adds a fresh, grassy note that plays beautifully against the sweet, nutty pistachio. Made with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of Celtic sea salt, it is lovely on toast, in pastries or swirled through yoghurt.
