I was experiencing very severe leg cramps although I was taking Magnesium and also using Magnesium oil for massaging my legs yet it wasn't enough I was still getting cramps. Reason being I was actually dehydrated and so I looked into taking Endura Rehydration Low Carb Fuel and that is what did it. I rarely get cramps nowadays and if I do I just take a little extra Endura for the day and that helps. Highly recommend if you are dehydrated and suffering from leg cramps.
