Description
HYDREAU is the EHPlabs hydration powder, a five electrolyte formula of sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium drawn from sodium citrate, potassium chloride, Celtic sea salt and Aquamin marine minerals, with coconut water powder and 1000 mg each of taurine, L-tyrosine and D-ribose. Vitamin C is included at 90 mg a serve. It comes as a 40 serve tub in Fijian Pineapple, Kiwi Strawberry and Raspberry Refresh. Stir a scoop into a bottle of cold water and drink it through a session, after training or across a long day in the heat, to put back the fluid and electrolytes lost in sweat.
