Description
Eden Health Foods Ultimate Biotic is a shelf stable pre and probiotic powder combining five soluble and insoluble prebiotic fibres with a broad culture blend of lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria and soil based organisms, at 25 billion colony forming units per teaspoon. It has no flavour of its own, so it can go into juice, water, a smoothie or food without changing the taste, and it needs no refrigeration. An eighth of a teaspoon is taken twice daily, ten minutes before food, as a daily source of live cultures and prebiotic fibre.

Suggested Use
Mix 1/8 teaspoon (0.35 g) into water, non acidic juice such as apple or grape, a smoothie or food. Take it ten minutes before food, twice daily. If you are using juice, letting it stand for ten minutes first is optional.
