Eden Healthfoods Ultimate Protein is a raw plant protein powder built on certified organic wholegrain brown rice that has been sprouted and then bio-fermented, a traditional process that uses enzymes rather than chemical extraction to break down the carbohydrate fraction. The result is an ultra-fine micronised powder that mixes smoothly without added thickening gums. This 400g tub is available in three flavours: Chocolate, Natural and Vanilla. Shake a scoop into water, juice or a milk of your choice, or blend it through a smoothie or a bowl of porridge, where the fine micronised grind disperses without leaving grit.
