Description
Eden Healthfoods Bee Pollen Granules are raw, naturally dried pollen granules wildcrafted in Western Australia. The bees gather the pollen from seasonal blooms in remote eucalypt country away from towns, cities and industry, and only surplus granules are taken from the hive. Nothing is added and nothing is refined out, so the 180g pack holds a single ingredient: 100 per cent Western Australian bee pollen granules.
Product Strengths
- Stir the granules through yoghurt, porridge or a smoothie, or scatter them over fruit.
- One ingredient only: 100 per cent wildcrafted premium Western Australian bee pollen granules, with no fillers, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.
- Raw and unprocessed: the granules are naturally dried rather than heat treated, milled or extracted.
- Naturally protein rich: the nutrition panel lists 25g of protein per 100g, alongside naturally occurring carbohydrates and a small amount of dietary fibre.
- Remote Western Australian source: collected from seasonal blooms of native Western Australian trees.
- Ethically harvested: Eden Healthfoods states that only surplus granules are taken, so the colony keeps what it needs.
- Gluten free: suits a gluten free way of eating.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Those avoiding gluten; Everyday snacking and meals.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; Vegans (contains animal-derived ingredients).
Serving Suggestion
Sprinkle one teaspoon on your breakfast, add it to a smoothie, scatter it over fruit, or eat it straight off the spoon. The panel is based on a 10g serving and the 180g pack holds approximately 18 servings. If you have not eaten bee pollen before, start with a very small amount. Confirm serving and directions from product label.
