Eagle Q10 150mg is a one-a-day soft capsule containing 150 mg of ubidecarenone, the form of coenzyme Q10 also written as CoQ10. Coenzyme Q10 occurs naturally in the body, and here it is carried in an oil base inside a soft gelatin capsule. The bottle holds 90 soft capsules. Coenzyme Q10 is made by the body and is also taken as a supplement, and the soft capsule supplies a 150 mg daily amount for people whose practitioner has recommended one.
