Dr Nature 4 In One Joint brings four well known ingredients together in one convenient capsule, so there is just one bottle to reach for. Each hard capsule provides glucosamine sulfate 500 mg, green lipped mussel 150 mg, shark cartilage 100 mg and shark sodium chondroitin sulfate 50 mg. The bottle holds 90 capsules, and because of the green lipped mussel and shark, it contains mollusc and fish.

Not suitable for: Anyone with a fish or mollusc allergy; and anyone avoiding seafood, as it is derived from shark and green lipped mussel.

Ingredients

Per capsule: Glucosamine Sulfate 500 mg, Green Lipped Mussel 150 mg, Shark Cartilage 100 mg, Shark sodium chondroitin sulfate 50 mg. Green lipped mussel is a mollusc, and shark cartilage and shark chondroitin are fish, so this product contains mollusc and fish.
