Dr Hydrate All In One Hydration is a zesty Yuzu Lemon drink powder that turns a bottle of chilled water into something you will look forward to sipping. Each 270 g jar holds 30 serves, and one levelled scoop shakes straight through. It is built on mineral salts of calcium, sodium, magnesium and potassium with soluble maize fibre, plus L-glutamine, acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride, Lithothamnion seaweed, a Bacillus coagulans probiotic, zinc, selenium and a B vitamin blend.
