Disorder Ultimate is a flavoured pre-workout powder from Faction Labs, printed on the pack as a caffeinated beverage. It comes as the 570 g tub of 30 serves in four flavours: Arctic Frost (blue raspberry), Crimson Tide (watermelon lychee), Emerald Dream (wild grape) and Neon Cloud (pineapple passionfruit). One 19 g scoop carries 400 mg of caffeine anhydrous with 6,000 mg of L-citrulline, 3,200 mg of beta alanine and 3,000 mg of betaine nitrate, and every active is listed on the pack with its amount.
It is stirred into chilled water and drunk 15 to 20 minutes before a training session, alongside an appropriate physical training or exercise program. The caffeine load is at the top of the brand's range, and it is written for people who already know how they handle high-caffeine sports products.

Suggested Use
Mix 1 rounded scoop (19 g) into 1250 mL of chilled water and drink it 15 to 20 minutes before training. Do not take the powder dry. Do not have more than 1 serve a day. The mixing volume has changed between label runs, so follow the volume printed on your own pack.
