Designs For Health Tri-Mag Restful Night in natural Lemon Lemonade flavour is an oral powder supplied in a 210 g tub. Each 7 g serve, measured as one level scoop and prepared in 200 mL of liquid, supplies 300 mg of elemental magnesium from three magnesium salts, 3.92 g of total glycine, and dry concentrate extracts of saffron, California poppy and passionflower. Passionflower and California poppy are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to promote restful sleep, and the magnesium and glycine are included alongside them for muscle and nervous system support.
