Designs For Health OmegAvail 1250 is a high-strength fish oil soft capsule supplied in a 120 capsule bottle. Each soft capsule provides 1.25 g of concentrated fish omega-3 in triglyceride form, delivering 750 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA. The oil is sourced from sustainably caught wild sardine and anchovy and is finished with natural lemon oil. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart and brain function, and the concentrated fish oil is built on that basis.
