Designs For Health Myo-Inositol is a single-ingredient oral powder supplied in a 120 g tub with a measuring scoop. Myo-inositol is a structural component of cell membranes that the body also makes for itself, and it is found in foods such as rock melon, oranges, eggplant and beans. The powder is unflavoured and excipient free, and it is supplied for extemporaneous compounding.
