Designs For Health GI Microb-X is a herbal formula in a 60-capsule pack. Each hard capsule combines two Punica granatum (pomegranate) extracts, one from the dry hull and one from the dry fruit, with black walnut fruit hull, sweet wormwood herb and two berberine-bearing barberry root extracts. GI Microb-X is a practitioner-directed blend of traditional Western herbs, taken as the practitioner directs.

- Barberry and wormwood are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as bitters to aid digestion.
- Two pomegranate extracts per capsule, from dry hull and from dry fruit.
- Juglans nigra (black walnut) fruit hull extract 75 mg per capsule.
