Creatine Monohydrate from Designs For Health Australia is a single-ingredient micronised powder. It is unflavoured and excipient free, and one level scoop supplies 5 g of micronised creatine monohydrate. It comes as the 500 g tub carrying barcode 9353993000900.

Suggested Use
Maintenance: mix 1 level scoop (5 g) in 200 mL of water and consume immediately. Take once or twice daily, or as directed by your health professional. Loading: mix 4 level scoops (20 g) in 200 mL of water, taken in divided doses, for 5 to 7 days, then continue with 1 level scoop (5 g) daily, or as directed by your health professional.
Storage
Store below 30 degrees Celsius in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid tightly closed and keep the scoop dry.
