Designs For Health B-Supreme is an activated B-complex in a 60-capsule pack. Each hard capsule supplies the B group vitamins in their active or coenzyme forms, including pyridoxal-5-phosphate, mecobalamin and levomefolate, together with ubidecarenone (coenzyme Q10) and choline. The B group vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal nervous system function, and B-Supreme is built around that role with coenzyme Q10 and choline.
