Designs for Health Alkalising Mineral Complex is a comprehensive powder formula combining citrate-bound alkalising minerals - magnesium, calcium, potassium and sodium - with a broad spectrum of trace elements. It is enhanced with the patented forms ampli-D (calcifediol monohydrate), MenaQ7 (vitamin K2 as MK-7) and SelenoExcell (high-selenium yeast). This is a practitioner-only product.

Quantified amounts per 7 g dose are listed on the product pack and ingredients panel. Contains 175 mg of potassium and 190 mg of sodium (as sodium citrate) per 7 g dose. Confirm individual mineral amounts from product label.

Suggested Use

Adults: Mix 7 g (one level scoop) into 250 mL of water and consume immediately. Take once daily, or as advised by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings

• Use in children under 9 years is not recommended.
• This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
• Calcifediol may have similar effects to Vitamin D. Do not take in combination with supplements containing Vitamin D without medical advice.
• Consult your healthcare professional before taking in combination with other medicines.
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
