Take one softgel daily with a meal containing fat for best results.

Ingredients
Vitamin A (as palmitate) 1515 mcg RAE; Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 125 mcg (5000 IU); Vitamin K 2000 mcg (as vitamin K1 phytonadione 1000 mcg and vitamin K2 menaquinone-4 1000 mcg); Vitamin E isomers (DeltaGold®, as delta- and gamma-tocotrienols from annatto seed) 50 mg; Geranylgeraniol 5 mg. Other ingredients: bovine gelatin, purified water, glycerine, MCT oil, annatto (colour), beeswax, quillaja extract.
Directions for Use
Take one softgel per day with a meal containing fat, or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
