honestly i don't think they helped at all still using them, My Gout is my ankles and travels along the leg through my toes then up to my hips, maybe they helped slightly but the only real relife is with medication. not having suffered from this ailment before i was willing to try anything may be less severe gout would have soon earlier improvement.
