Comvita Manuka Blend Honey MGO 30+ is an everyday New Zealand Manuka honey, certified to contain at least 30 mg/kg of methylglyoxal (MGO). With a smooth, rich flavour, it is an easy way to enjoy authentic Manuka honey day to day – by the spoonful, drizzled or stirred through your favourite foods and drinks.

Understanding MGO 30+
MGO stands for methylglyoxal, a compound found naturally in Manuka honey. The number on the label is the minimum amount in the jar measured in mg/kg, so MGO 30+ means it contains at least 30 mg/kg. Higher MGO grades simply contain more.
How to Enjoy
Enjoy by the spoonful, stirred into warm (not boiling) drinks, drizzled over yoghurt or toast, or used as a natural sweetener in cooking and baking.
