Codral Cold & Flu + Mucus Cough Capsules combine three active ingredients in a single capsule: paracetamol 500 mg, guaiphenesin 100 mg and phenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1 mg. They come in a compact pack of 16 capsules that is easy to keep in the bathroom cabinet or your bag. Read the label and follow the directions on the pack.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to any ingredient in this product, whose inactive ingredients Codral does not publish, so the pack is the only full list; children under 12 years; anyone who has taken paracetamol; anyone with high blood pressure or heart problems, anyone taking antidepressants or any other cough and cold medicine, and anyone pregnant, until they have asked their doctor; adults who need it for more than a few days, and children who need it for more than 48 hours, except on medical advice.

Suggested Use
Read the pack and follow its directions exactly: the pack gives the dose and how often to take it.
Maximum of 8 capsules in 24 hours. Do not take more.

Keep to recommended dose. If an overdose is taken or suspected, ring the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 131126, New Zealand 0800 764 766) or go to a hospital straight away even if you feel well because of the risk of delayed serious liver damage.
This medicine should not be taken for longer than a few days in adults, or 48 hours in children, except on medical advice.
Phenylephrine may cause sleeplessness in some people. If symptoms persist, see your doctor.

Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C.
