Description
Chief Carnivore Biltong is tender, air dried beef, sliced and ready to eat straight from the bag. Carnivore is the plain one in the range, made with just beef, vinegar and salt and no herbs or spices, so the flavour of the beef comes through. Slow air drying rather than heat processing is what gives biltong its tender bite, and the 30 g bag is an easy snack to take anywhere.
